Description of problem:
[RFE] ability to switch to 24h format in events

The customer would like to have opportunity to switch to 24h format in the UI events

We looked into this issue and came to the conclusion that this change would require a lot more than just for the events tab. That said the risk and effort doing this outperforms the convenience of this feature.
