We have 2 PRs open: - https://github.com/openshift/console-operator/pull/386 initially provided - https://github.com/openshift/console-operator/pull/412 with some updates based on the previous That said, the license files are not yet published so we cannot merge either of these. The last several times we checked, the license file 404'd. I'm not sure it's being built into the image? Passing back to release. We have the downloads deployment, but no insight into the underlying image. Verification needed. Waiting bug bug to be verified. Adding UpcomingSprint to have it reevaluated in the next cycle. Now on Command Line Pages https://<console_route>/command-line-tools, a `LICENSE` link is added in oc downloads section, user can download the license file from the link.
