bochs is still build with an svgalib backend / display option. svgalib is very old and has not been maintained upstream for more then 10 years and I believe that (almost?) no one is using it.

So the plan is to remove svgalib from the distribution starting with Fedora 33, can you please remove any build and runtime dependencies bochs has on svgalib?
