Description of problem:

I cannot link against liblapacke because of undefined LAPACK symbols.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

This applies to Fedora 32. It used to work on Fedora 31.


How reproducible:

I'm working on a test case right now.

Upstream accidentally removed references to deprecated functions (including LAPACK_dggsvp) with 3.9.0. An update that restores those references is coming today.
