Description of problem:
During RHVH installatoin, register to CDN, the registration could succeed, but subscriptions couldn't be attached to the system, if go on installing, installation will fail with the following error:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install RHVH-UNSIGNED-ISO-4.4-RHEL-8-20200318.0-RHVH-x86_64-dvd1.iso
2. Go to "NETWORK & HOST NAME" screen to enable the NIC (register to cdn need network to be up fisrtly)
3. Go to "CONNECT TO RED HAT" screen, select or fill out required fields, then click Register
   Authentication: Activation Key
   Organization: your org id
   Activation Key: your key
   Purpose: not checked
   Insights: not checked
   Options:
      custom server url: subscription.rhsm.stage.redhat.com
      custom base url: https://cdn.stage.redhat.com
4. After registration finished, finish to configure all other required sections, like installation destination, and begin installation.


Actual results:
1. In step3, registration succeeded, but no subscription could be attached.
2. After step4, installation failed with the above error.

Expected results:
1. Subscriptions could be attached to system
2. Installation could succeed when registered to CDN.

Tested RHVH-4.4-20200409.0-RHVH-x86_64-dvd1.iso, registering to CDN via activation key succeeded, subscription was attached, and installation succeeded.

The needinfo request[s] on this closed bug have been removed as they have been unresolved for 500 days
