The version currently in RHEL7 is 0.1.46.

Upstream version 0.1.49 is already released (on March 13th 2020), changes from 0.1.46 to 0.1.49 can be checked here: https://github.com/ComplianceAsCode/content/releases/tag/v0.1.49
