We state that,

In OpenShift Container Platform 4.3, you can install a cluster that uses installer-provisioned infrastructure on the following platforms:
    Red Hat OpenStack Platform version 13 and 14


OpenStack 13, 15 and 16 are the supported versions in OCP 4.3



Suggestions for improvement: 
Update the statement with correct versions.
