Description of problem:

Rebase rhel component 'virt-who' to the latest upstream version for the benefit of RHEL-8.3.

This bug will be used by the sst_subscription_manager subsystem team as the default (first) Bugzilla for the virt-who advisory that will be filed in the Errata Tool for RHEL-8.3.0.
