I am afraid that this package has a lot of dependencies and not all of them ready in epel8. For example runtime dependencies missing in epel8 are: python3-daemon python3-mock python3-moksha-common python3-stomper python3-txws python3-txzmq (+ python3-zmq) Are you willing to create bug for all of them and coordinate the process? Yes I will open the bugs for them and coordinate the process. Mainly because this not that horrible amount of missing deps and lots of these libraries are generally useful. I will link the bugs here. Hello! Here they are: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1815827 (python-mock) https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1815828 (python-mimeparse) https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1815830 (python-fixtures) https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1815831 (python-testtools) https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1815829 (python-extras) https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1815832 (python-testscenarios) https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1815838 (python-moksha-common) https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1815837 (python-txzmq) https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1815836 (python-zmq) https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1815835 (python-txws) https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1815834 (python-stomper) https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1815833 (python-daemon) Copr builds for EPEL8 can be found here: https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/clime/python3-fedmsg-epel8 Thanks for quick response! It seems that all "depends on" bugs are closed. Could you please verify that all dependencies are already there so we can build the package? I did a scratch build and it seems to build ok now... https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=57477110 Any testing folks want to do, or shall I build? I don't know the package well enough to test it, sorry. Are internal tests in RPM build fine?
