How reproductible :
  each time

Steps to reproduce
  open Tweaks, 
  go to Appearance menu, 
  click on a menu to change any Themes choice.

Actual result:
  menu is not visible ( but if you use arrows from the keyboard you can change the setting with a random behaviour)

Expect result:
  menu is visible and you can choose

removing all gnome-configuration files solved this issue. ( rm -rf .config  .local/share  .gnome*)

The issue is not on the component itshelf but on old settings.
I installed Fedora 32 Beta from scratch but keeping the /home fs with all users settings from an old fedora ( 25 upgraded to 28 )

Maybe we can close this issue :)
