Description of problem:

Transaction Check Error:
   file /usr/include/fftw3.f from install of fftw-devel-3.1-1.fc4 conflicts with
file from package fftw3-devel-3.0.1-3


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
fftw-3.1-1.fc4

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Have a system with fftw and fftw3-devel isntalled
2.  yum upgrade

fftw spec should (I believe):

Obsoletes: fftw3

and

Obsoletes: fftw3-devel

Fixed. An updated package is building right now.
