Description of problem:

The DNS and Route rule configurations does not bind to any interfaces,
isolating them to a dedicate global always-up psudo profile could save
the complexity of nmstate on interface choosing.

hostname is also suitable for this psudo profile.

No plan on support this feature in near future.
