Description of problem:

Kontact crashes opening settings.
Fixed upstream. See https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=417396


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.11.3


How reproducible:
Kontact crashed as soon as I opened Kontact settings.
Kmail settings works fine.

The upstream commit/fix was to the kcmutils module (not kontact),

It seems like new version of kf5-kcmutils was just released and Kmail settings now works as expected.
