Description of problem:
I stopped CNV VM, change yaml cores: 2, started vm on CNV side.
checked properties on cnv side: 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.4.0-26

How reproducible:
100

Steps to Reproduce:
1. have stopped VM, which was already known to RHV
2. change cpu or ram in yaml
3. start vm on cnv side
4. check rhv information about vm

Actual results:
still old information in edit dialog of vm and general subtab

Expected results:
info updated from cnv side

Additional info:
no errors or warning in engine.log, if I can provide something else let me know

offline update of ocp vm in yaml are now visible from rhevm after refresh
