varnish 6.3.2 was pushed to stable on all current fedora releases without vmod-uuid rebuild, leading to broken dependencies, which makes the package fail to install.

$ mock -r fedora-30-x86_64 install vmod-uuid

Error: 
 Problem: cannot install the best candidate for the job
  - nothing provides varnish(x86-64) = 6.3.1 needed by vmod-uuid-1.6-5.fc30.x86_64
