Description of problem:

When proceeding for RHHI deployment with the default option of 'blacklisting' gluster devices, blacklisting fails - '/etc/multipath.conf does not exist, blacklisting all devices.'

1. Deploy RHHI-V with the default option to blacklist gluster devices

Tested with gluster-ansible-infra-1.0.4-7.el8rhgs

When /etc/multipath.conf file is not available, the logic does vdsm configuration using the command:
# vdsm-tool configure --force and this generates the /etc/multipath.conf file as confirmed
