Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite 6 since the upstream issue https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/29443 has been resolved.

Verified with:
- rubygem-foreman_maintain-0.6.8-1.el7sat.noarch
- Satellite 6.8.0 snap 9

Test steps:
- foreman-maintain upgrade list-versions
- foreman-maintain upgrade run --target-version 6.8 --whitelist="repositories-setup,repositories-validate"

Observation:
- Satellite 6.7 to 6.8.0 upgrade completed successfully.
