Description of problem:
Current keepalived version is a bit outdated and the package didn't see any updates since a year.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf info keepalived
   Version available 2.0.10
2. Check https://www.keepalived.org/changelog.html
   Latest version 2.0.20

Actual results: keepalived is a bit outdated - version from 2018, last package update in 2019.


Expected results: More recent version of keepalived is available.
