Verified that redhat-storage-server doesn't require nagios packages

[root@localhost ~]# rpm -qpR redhat-storage-server-3.5.0.0-6.el7rhgs.noarch.rpm  | grep -i nagios
[root@localhost ~]# 

[root@localhost ~]# rpm -qpR redhat-storage-server-3.5.0.0-6.el8rhgs.noarch.rpm | grep -i nagios
