Go to details page for an ImageStream, the pop up when you click on "Do you need to work with this Image Stream outside of the web console?" is missing a border and only has a drop shadow on the left. see attachment

oc patch configs.imageregistry.operator.openshift.io cluster -p '{"spec":{"defaultRoute":true}}' --type='merge' -n openshift-image-registry
Then, goto the imagestream detail page. click the "Do you need to work with this Image Stream outside of the web console?" the border of popover is completely.
