RHVH 4.4: No response when clicking button "Help" in Anaconda GUI

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install RHVH-4.4-20200330.0-RHVH-x86_64-dvd1.iso via anaconda GUI
2. Click "help" button
3.

Actual results:
No response when clicking button "Help" in Anaconda GUI

Expected results:
Can show help info.

The help button is clickable, so the bug is fixed, change bug status to VERIFIED.
