The documentation should be available as part of installed Foreman (similar to /apidoc).

Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite 6 since the upstream issue https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/29434 has been resolved.

This one is to track the HTML export delivery from now on. The in-app documentation is tracked under BZ 1819150
