Description of problem:
Cannot install awstats in RHEL8 due to broken Perl-Geo-IP dependency

Steps to Reproduce:
1.yum -y install awstats
2.Watch it break
3.

Actual results:
[root@mirror-dev1 ~]# yum -y install awstats
Last metadata expiration check: 0:00:33 ago on Tue 31 Mar 2020 04:05:06 PM CDT.
Error: 
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides perl-Geo-IP needed by awstats-7.7-5.el8.noarch
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)


Expected results:
awstats installed
