Description of problem:
In the Dashboard > Object Gateway > Buckets  and Details pane the user bucket quota usage does not display the current  size, % used and number of objects for the bucket

Updated the Description to clarify "user" since the request here is for the user bucket quota usage to display the current  size, % used and number of objects for the bucket.

Upstream issue detected (https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/46502). This needs to be merged together with https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/36073
