Description Matthias Clasen 2020-04-03 20:08:07 UTC
We should include these fixes to improve the shell behavior under heavy background IO load:

  shell/app-system: Monitor for icon theme changes
  shell-global: Make saving of persistent state
  global: force fsync() to worker thread when saving state
  environment: reduce calls to g_time_zone_new_local()
  app-cache: add ShellAppCache for GAppInfo caching
