Description of problem:
plasmashell --version, kinfocenter, etc... does not report the actual version number

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
plasma-desktop-5.18.4-1.fc32.x86_64

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run plasmashell --version or run kinfocenter

Actual results:
version 5.18.3 reported

Expected results:
version 5.18.4 reported

Additional info:
The bug regard all set of  plasma 5.18.4 packages.
Official plasma soruce v5.18.4.1 fix the problem (https://cgit.kde.org/plasma-desktop.git/commit/?h=Plasma/5.18&id=0c43204c2c73531bdbc6a025e9bc8f5ad957db3c)
