Description of problem:
In both Qutebrowser and Falkon, the web-inspector comes up completely blank.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In qutebrowser, use the `:inspector` command
2. In Falkon: use tools > web inspector
3.

Actual results:
In Qutebrowser, a new blank window appears. Users on other platforms have confirmed that it works for them (on #qutebrowser).

In Falkon, a blank panel comes up in the bottom of the current window.


Expected results:
Web inspector should work.

Uhm, I had to install the -devtools subpackage. :facepalm:
