The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:

New '/etc/cron.daily/rhsmd' cron job script fails to properly set the 'rhsmd_timeout' variable when the value of the newly introduced variable 'processTimeout' is not found on /etc/rhsm/rhsm.conf

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Comment out the new variable: 

# perl -pi -e 's/^processTimeout/#processTimeout/' /etc/rhsm/rhsm.conf

2. Run the cron job script

# bash -x /etc/cron.daily/rhsmd

Actual results:

+ config=

+ rhsmd_timeout=

Expected results:

+ config=

+ rhsmd_timeout=300

Additional info:

The bug is in line 6 of /etc/cron.daily/rhsmd .  This:

if [ -n $config ]

... will be true if $config is empty.  $config needs to be quoted.
