Description of problem:
Error calculating file digest during scan_profile collection can cause an exception resulting in lost data from multiple files.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
Dependent upon errors on VM


Steps to Reproduce:
1. With such a VM with disk errors, run Smartstate Analysis.

Actual results:
Data about files is lost.


Expected results:
Data is collected

PR is merged and version 0.5.6 of manageiq-smartstate is released.

Niyaz,

This would be somewhat hard to reproduce.  There was a filesystem error on my VM, and the error was not handled correctly, resulting in this issue.
