Description of problem:
Wrong /etc/rhosp-release generated
[stack@site-undercloud-0 ~]$ cat /etc/rhosp-release content
Red Hat OpenStack Platform release 16.0.1 (Train)
While should be 16.1
[stack@site-undercloud-0 ~]$ cat core_puddle_version 
RHOS_TRUNK-16.1-RHEL-8-20200404.n.0
