Given we have openssh-server in the distro, I don't think it makes sense for us to ship rsh-server, let alone recommend its installation as the package description does.  For a list of problems with the rsh protocol, see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Berkeley_r-commands#Security

I am well aware of the problems with rsh, nevertheless we have reasons why we keep it in Fedora. I might change the package description so that this package is not recommended, but I will not remove it.
