When all APIs are internal, it shows "-" in Provided APIs on Installed Operators list page

Description of problem: When all provided APIs are internal, 'Provided APIs' column on Installed Operators list page are empty without text. On Operator Details page, it shows message 'No Kubernetes APIs are being provided by this Operator.' Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.5.0-0.nightly-2020-04-09-192237 How reproducible: ALways Steps to Reproduce: 1. Subscribe OpenShift Pipelines Operator, wait until it is successfully installed 2. Go to Operator Hub -> Installed Operators page 3. Click on 'OpenShift Pipelines Operator' from list to view more info on Operator Details page Actual results: 2. Provided APIs are empty 3. It shows message 'No Kubernetes APIs are being provided by this Operator.' in Provided APIs section Expected results: 2. It would be better if we can also show similar message on Installed Operators list page Additional info:
