This package has changed maintainer in the Fedora.

I'm working on updating python-twine on a new major version on Fedora first. Then I'll investigate for adding it to EPEL.

The dependency is on the testing repos. As soon as it goes to stable I'll build Twine 2.0. For 3.0 I'll need more packages to add, so I'll go with 2.0 for the time being.
