rust-skim cannot be installed on fedora 32: `dnf install skim` fails because it cannot find the package.

The last update I could find is on

  https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2020-72ba9b7037

(which coincidentally is not the latest point release in the series).
