TPM plugin should report version info in the LVFS uploaded report.

One use case for this information: might help stakeholders/decision makers better understand the the market and viability of sealing storage encryption passphrases into the TPM for unattended unlocking during startup. (Helps mitigate data leaks in case a laptop or drive is stolen.)
