Description of problem:

The method detailed in this article [1] does not match our product documentation [2]. 
If we really need to use the approach detailed in [1] to avoid double accounting, then we should update [2] and make sure that this is tested by QE/QA.

Is the recommended/supported OCS converged setup to use taints or labels of OCP Nodes?
