Description of problem:

There is no genhdlist in anaconda-runtime :

Anaconda now uses yum.  genhdlist is gone, is no more! It has ceased to be! It
has expired and gone to meet it's maker!

Instructions on distro customisation (using createrepo) will be available upon
final release.
