Description of problem:

macromilter has an unnecessary dependency on the python3-configparser package. This package is slated for retirement because configparser is in the standard library in Python 3

Steps to Reproduce:
dnf repoquery --releasever=rawhide --disablerepo=* --enablerepo=fedora --requires macromilter --refresh | grep configparser

Please remove python3-configparser from the dependencies and verify it has been removed from the RPM requirements
