Description of problem: Change defaultIcon for EventSources to the SVG provided by UXD

How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install Serverless operator 1.6
2.Install Eventing operator 0.13
3.Move to DevConsole
4.Click on Add -> EventSource Card

Actual results: Shows knative Icon for sources like ping


Expected results: Should show new icon for sources like pin
