Description of problem:
Align the action button with the colors provided by UX.

4.5


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to pipeline list page and click on a pipeline
2. navigate to parameters/resources tab


Actual results:
In the multicolumn field, the remove button colors are not aligned with UX designs.

Expected results:
Single and multi column field remove button should have appropriate colors for active,hover and disabled state.
