Checked on 4.5 BM cluster with payload 4.5.0-0.nightly-2020-05-22-062554.
Goto one Bare Metal Host page, click it's related node page, on the overview page, check status board, there is no green tickle icon besides "Health Checks", there is icon besides "Health Checks" in pr https://github.com/openshift/console/pull/5126, could you help to confirm if we need an icon besides "Health Checks"? Attached the screenshot.

We dont include icon if the Health Checks are not configured, which is your case.
