Bare Metal Hosts list page showing power status none

Description of problem:
The baremetal list page doesn't update passed the "powering off" stage, when forcefully powering off a node.

4.4.0-0.nightly-2020-04-18-095545


How reproducible:
100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the baremetal host list
2. In a separate browser tab, open one of the nodes and switch to the Details tab which also shows the power status
3. From the bmh list page, power off the node (and choose power off immediately without a graceful shutdown)
4. Watch the statuses on both pages


Actual results:
After the node is already powered off, the bmh list page still keeps showing "powering off" and never updates past that stage

Unfortunately there was no capacity this sprint to do this. Moving to upcoming.

Bare Metal Hosts list page showing power status

Now Bare Metal Hosts list page is showing power status correctly, Powered off && Powering on etc
