Description of problem:


Apparently dirmngr was removed from EPEL with the release of gnupg2 2.1 as it is part of gnupg2 now.

However gnupg2 in RHEL 7 was never rebased to version 2.1 so dirmngr is no longer available in either RHEL or EPEL.

Can this please be readded to EPEL for RHEL 7?

EPEL 7 entered end-of-life (EOL) status on 2024-06-30.\n\nEPEL 7 is no longer maintained, which means that it\nwill not receive any further security or bug fix updates.\n As a result we are closing this bug.
