Description of problem:
We currently do not have a documented procedure for properly upgrading a MultiSite cluster, we need to document (and test) the proper paths from upgrading from RHCS 3.3 to 4.1 and RHCS 4.0 to 4.1 in multisite clusters.

For example:

1. What site should be done first Primary or Secondary?
2. What needs to be addressed when upgrading Active+Active clusters
3. Do we need to disable sync between sites during this upgrade?


We are going to need engineering feedback here to validate this procedure.
