Red Hat Software Collection "MariaDB 10.2" will be retired in October 2020, as per:
  RHEL 6: https://access.redhat.com/support/policy/updates/rhscl-rhel6
  RHEL 7: https://access.redhat.com/support/policy/updates/rhscl-rhel7

Before it's EOL, a last update is planned.

This update is expected to be a rebase to the latest possible upstream version, with aditional fixes.
That means this update will cover a number of CVEs fixed by upstream.
