.Ceph installation through the Cockpit no longer fails Previously, when a user provides `localhost` as the name of the host in the host selection page, the Ceph installation through the Cockpit failed with an error `Systemd must be present`. With this release, the host page UI will display a proper error message and deny the user from using `localhost` as a hostname to continue.

Why is it stuck in POST for so long? what prevents us from getting a downstream build, in an errata and move it to ON_QA? what about devel-ack?
