Description of problem: When filtering or sorting the Pipeline Run list table we animate the Task Status. This was explicitly not desired (and was disabled on the Pipelines list table) since the animation is to represent a change in that specific Pipeline Run and should not bleed between different rows / Pipeline Runs.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to pipeline run list page.
2. Sort the pipeline runs

Actual results:
The pipeline task bars animate on every sort

Expected results:
It should not animate.
