Please add documentation to CNV-2.3 for VM migration progress bar, is not progressing (remains 0%) and conversion pod Annotation: "v2vConversionProgress" remains 0%.

Background:
This is due to this Bug 1810040 - "Migration progress status in virt-v2v-wrapper.log gets skipped", solved in v2v-wrapper package 2.2.0 or newer, but 
CNV-2.3 latest version, contains v2v-wrapper package version 1.15.0.

It looks good.
Just need to update to bug 1830780 (from bug 1810040). This is the new bug, filed or CNV, while bug 1810040 is for CFME.
