Could we please update tzlocal to the latest version? 2.0.0 is out.

The version in Fedora, 1.5.1 is from 2017.

vit requires a newer tzlocal.

I'm quite happy to co-maintain the package if necessary.

Built in Rawhide and added you as maintainer so you can add it to other Fedora releases.
