Sidebar contents can be narrower than sidebar

Description of problem:  At wide viewports when there is little content in the sidebar, the sidebar can render narrower than the space allotted.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):  4.5


How reproducible:  Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1.   With a viewport width > 1800px, Install Cluster Logging Operator
2.   Go to the YAML tab
3.   Click View Sidebar
4.   Click View details under metadata
5.   Click View details under customresourcedefinitions
6.   Click View details under owned
7.   Note the sidebar contents are not as wide as the sidebar

Sidebar Content is expanded

sidebar content is expanded to almost the same width with sidebar

Verified on 4.5.0-0.nightly-2020-05-04-113741
